Acts 17, "Paul at Mars Hill" - a symbol of the verbal defense of the gospel. Socrates had addressed the "men of Athens," you may remember, and it didn't turn out so well for him. But Paul wasn't on trial that day - it was the gospel on trial. And while his audience wasn't predisposed to believe it, they were at least willing to listen. But before we get to Athens, we'll make a happy stop in Berea.
