Philip was a chosen man, a gifted leader, and a powerful preacher...but there were some things he couldn't do. As we leaf through the book of Acts we see ordinary Christians doing extraordinary things. But we also see some privileges reserved for the 12 Apostles, or maybe even for Peter. The organizational chart of the early church didn't have a lot of levels to it - but it wasn't entirely "flat," either. Let's take note of how the Holy Spirit chose to work, during this critical period.
