Are you a sheep, or a shepherd? Or maybe both? We see a lot of emphasis on leadership in the business world - being a leader instead of a boss, and so forth. But not everyone is cut out to be "in charge." We can have "too many chiefs and not enough Indians," as we used to say. But those godly folks who are called to lead others need to step up; and the rest of us need to rally around them in support.
