Even when the world is under Satan's control... he's not in control. Some questions arise when we read about the things coming upon the earth in the Last Days: Who or what is this mysterious "Restrainer?" When the Restrainer is "out of the way," does that mean that God is no longer working? And how will anyone come to Christ once there are no Christians here to share the gospel?
