God saves some people to show us that He can! In Acts 8 the Lord sends Philip to a specific man, and thoroughly orchestrates his conversion. He was definitely a foreigner. And he was a eunuch, but a politically powerful man; no doubt a rich man. He was just about as far away as he could be, demographically, from the average Christ-follower at the time.
