Sometimes when the Lord gives us a gift we want to say, "Thanks. Did you keep the receipt?" God's gifts to us are a little different: it's not always obvious at first how this will be good for us, or why He gave it. But there are people in the Bible who can help us with that. One of them is Daniel. He was hauled away from his homeland and forced to serve a heathen king - all for the sins of other people. But Daniel believed in The God Who Gives, and that's the inaugural sermon in our new study.
