Once Jesus had returned from the dead He could have appeared to anyone, or everyone. Why did He make the choices He did? You'll often hear Jim speak about our personal responsibility to choose to believe and obey Christ. Put that under the heading, "Free Will." Today and Monday he'll flip that coin over, and we'll talk about "Divine Sovereignty" - specifically the choices Jesus made after His resurrection. We'll look at several New Testament passages, but we'll start in John, chapter 20.
